Today, April 11, 2019 the Israelis attempted to land a spacecraft on the moon. Unfortunately, at the last moments, they lost telemetry, only to realize their craft made a hard landing. Nonetheless, this is a triumphant moment for the small country with big dreams.

I was really hoping that it would succeed, hopefully they can try again soon and land it.

They shouldn't have trusted an engine made by British Leyland.

I always thought that the future space travel is for NASA - it was there before everything and despite lots of failures they continue working and reach huge progress, but as technology develops new companies grow. How many rockets were already sent to the orbit and how many results they achieved. Now I surely believe that space travel doesn't depend on NASA only. Commercial space firm will bring humans to space and bring us closer to colonization.

Humans keep sending different devices to explore Mars - but it would be much easier to combine the force to able to find the possible life on the planets of the solar system. Let the rovers be NASA thing - in the UK space tug with such space tug concept which is used to transfer airborne cargo from one orbit to another orbit, SpaceX is building rockets for people delivery and so on.
