    I'm in a Bortle 9 zone that makes imaging very challenging. The frosting on the cake is we are waiting on hurricane ISAIAS to hit tomorrow. I needed to do something to relax, so I decided to try imaging NEOWISE.

    All considered, I did pretty well. The comet can be seen as a fuzzy teal ball in the center of the image. A ghostly hint of the comet tail can be seen extending down. Not bad!

    This is the imaging rig I used:

    It's my ASI290MC with ZWO adapter and Canon 55-250mm lens, which I mounted on my driven CG-4 GEM.

    Great, Ed. You really did have challenging conditions. I'm glad you had a chance to image it. We needed a comet right about now, lol.
