    Since 2018 I have been taking prime focus astro photos of M42 (Orion Nebula) with my Nikon D3200 and Orion 127 Mak-Cass. Here is the series so far:

    You didn't make this an easy choice. For me, it's a tossup between the second and third images. They are all nice images.

    Thanks, Ed. I'm leaning toward the 2019 image because of the texture, color, pinpoint stars and Trapezium, and the 2018 image is close behind. I think the camera got a little out of focus during my 2020 shot. I'm going to try it again as soon as I get another clear night. Clouds have taken over (again)!
