It's OK, I have an anti-Zeta Reticulan impersonator defence system.

Besides, as long as they don't crap on the lawns it should be OK.

Scary isn't it? Apparently he was the Queen's favourite comedian. I don't know what happened to the diddymen, maybe the corgies ate them.

If you start saving now you might be able to save up the 550 or so Canadian dollars for Christmas for a Delos. lol

Thinking of it frankly @Mak the Night, I will never save 550$ to buy an eyepiece, it's never going to happen... ever. Perhaps buy one used.. someday. That could be possible but unlikely at the same time.

My 10mm Delos was cheaper when I bought it, not long ago some TV's went up by a hundred quid in price overnight. But, look on the bright side, if you do get some TV's you can join the silly pillocks club on SGL lol.

That's a nice collection you have there :D

I had a Televue 2" end cap once, and I tried to build a front lens 1.24" filter holder with it. Epic failure.. the TV cap was destroyed during the process unfortunately..

My Q70, the front lens was recessed about 1 kilometer inside the eyepiece.. so I thought about using that to create a front filter system. Didn't work.

That's not all my TV's. You could be on to something with a front filter system lol. I've tried inventing loads of stuff out of spare gear, none of it worked lol.

I have a couple of very good DIY things but finding a way not to buy a 2" filter was an exercise in futility.

What are your other Tv (r) ?

Aren't there adaptors for threading 1.25" filters onto 2" drawtubes? I have all of the 1.25" TV Plossls including a pair of 15mm. And a pair of 19mm Panoptics.

That's an impressive collection, I only hear good things about their plossls, how are they against your orthoscopics?

They're good in fast scopes, difficult to compare with orthoscopics as they are different eyepieces.

The 32mm requires an eyeguard extension. There are no Plossls shorter than 8mm and between the 8mm and 15mm there is only an 11mm. I'm not over-keen on the rubber eyeguards on some.
