I’m considering replacing the stock focuser on my ED80 with a Sky-Watcher rotating focuser. Has anyone done this on an ED80? I make the stock focuser (without adapter) 12 centimetres (120mm) long.

I've done something similar with ST 80 and ST102 refractors, although with TS Optics (GSO) Crayford rail focuser units. If the replacement focuser is longer or shorter than the stock focuser there can be focusing problems with some eyepieces. Plus, if it's much longer than the original it won't fit into my carry case lol.
