Celestron Nexstar 11 GPS
Pros:Lightweight for the size of aperture, quick setup, accurate go-to, good optics.
Cons:Early models had reliability issues.
Comments:This is, by far, one of the easiest telescopes to operate if you are talking about an electronic version. The GPS gets the coordinates and then chooses two stars. You align in the center of the eyepiece and off you go. The optics were very good and the weight for the size of the aperture is very reasonable. The most weight you ever lift is 63lbs. The mount is sturdy and very quiet as compared to some others such as the Meades. This Go-to mount takes only 5 minutes to set up and then you are observing. Again for a go-to this is very quick compared to other brands.
