Pros:Excellent quality-build telescope with great views!
Cons:IMHO none
Comments:Still have, still love it, won't sell it :-) This is a little, compact ED semi-apo scope that provides excellent views. This is the quality scope-ancestor that started the APO-fever!
Bottom Line: Would you recommend this item? Yes
The scope is robust, heavy, sturdy and optically very good. It might be beaten nowadays optically by a Petzval or triplet with new exotic glass, but you won't beat its sturdiness. The rack-and-pinion focuser moves like butter. It has a threaded lens cover, but no baffles! The ideal grab 'n go-scope on a Televue Telepod.Sort by
