5.0 If you use a Telrad, then you need this!

      Pros:

      Excellent quality! Highly Usable!

      Cons:

      None

      Comments:

Do you use a Telrad or a Rigel Quick Finder? Are you looking for a way to relate your finder rings to your favorite sky charts?

Then the Telguide from ActonAstro.com is what you've been looking for. Steve Trotta, creator of the original Telguide, produced a product that allows you to project Telrad rings on you star chars that correspond directly to what you see through your Telrad finder on the sky. Tom has now received permission from Lightwedge to add the Telrad circles to their Night Vision Reading Light. The LightWedge® Night Vision provides soft red illumination of your star charts while overlaying the Telrad rings.

There is a Telguide or Lightwedge® Night Vision available for a number of popular sky charts and atlases as well as for the Rigel Quick Finder.

Tom really came up with a winner on this one. This has to be one of the handiest accessory items ever for the amateur astronomer.

Note: I have no commercial affiliation with ActonAstro or Steve Trotta. Steve is an active member of the Antelope Valley Astronomy Club, in Southern California.
