It works to correct Crayford focuser.
Pros: Cons: Comments:My Crayford focuser was too short to reach focus. This worked to resolve that problem. It also gave me a shorter close focus distance. My close focus was 70 feet, now it is 30 feet.

Nov 27, 2018High Quality 1-1/4 inch Extension
Pros: Cons: Comments:As always, shipping was fast from Agena. You can expect high quality from Blue Fireball products and the 1-1/4 inch extension I needed for my guide scope camera did not disappoint. The fit has no slop, the finish is top notch, and the brass compression ring avoids damage to the ASI-290 mini guide camera. I am very satisfied with this purchase.

Sep 16, 2018Just perfect
Pros: Cons: Comments:This extension tube was needed to allow my Explore Scientific 1-1/4", 2X focal extender to reach focus with my DSLR. I like the generous-sized locking knob.

Jan 4, 2017Like the ring clamp
Pros: Cons: Comments:I use this extender with my Vixen R130 Newtonian reflector in place of the screw-on extender supplied with the scope because the Blue Fireball has a nice ring clamp rather than thumb screws to secure the eyepiece. Build quality is very good and it works like a charm.
