F 1.25-inch to M/F T-Adapter
Pros: Cons: Comments:This part fills a very specialized need for me, and does it well.
Bottom Line: Would you recommend this item? Yes
I wanted to use a 1.25-inch male threaded lens as a nosepiece for a filter wheel with a female T-thread. It works, and provides essentially a 0mm effect on focal length for my application.
The adapter threads fit, The knurled edge allows for easy attaching/detaching. The anodizing is flat black, but is only cosmetic for me because the adapter is hidden from my light path.
The adapter does exactly what it is supposed to do, and should work for others. This review was provided courtesy of AgenaAstro.com
Oct 9, 2015A fine way to hold a focal reducer.
Pros:Accurate,Lightweight,Easy to Use
Cons:Difficult To Focus
Comments:I bought this to connect my .5x focal reducer to my camera. It works fine, and gives a full disk view of the sun, but in order to bring it to focus you'll probably need a set of spacer rings.
