Manufacturer Description

T Thread Female-to-C Mount Male Adapter. Allows you to attach C-mount cameras to T thread accessories.

Lets you attach your video camera to the T-adapter of your telescope. The camera must have a standard removable C-mount lens, which is approximately 1" diameter thread. Will not work on video cameras with a fixed lens or bayonet mount. Will also work with security cameras with a CS-thread.

To use, attach the camera to the C-thread of this adapter. The other end of the adapter can be screwed on to:
- A prime focus adapter for prime focus photography. In this mode, this configuration replicates the basic 1.25" video camera adapter
- A fixed eyepiece projection adapter for use with many 1.25" eyepieces to shoot at a fixed, higher magnifications, or
- A variable eyepiece projection adapter for use with many 1.25" eyepieces to shoot at variable, higher magnifications

      5.0 T2 to C mount adapter

      The adapter fit the T2 threads of my guide scope and the C mount threads of the QHY5LII-M guide camera perfectly and now the connection from camera to scope is nice and stiff. The former eye-piece holder method of connecting the camera always had just a little wobble and let to some differential flexure issues.

      For some people, this device will not necessarily place the T-mount lens at the optimal distance from the c-mount camera for focusing, since this adapter is about as short as possible. For me that is an advantage. I can always move the lens further away from the camera by adding T-mount spacing rings, and being sure that I could get the lens close enough to the camera was important

      5.0 Perfect Adapter

      This adapter allowed me to use my modified surveillance camera for astrophotography with my flip mirror system. The adapter is extremely well machined and compact enough not to affect back focus or balance. Super product!!
