Manufacturer Description

It's easy....just grab a Bob's Knob collimation thumbscrew and turn. You cane ven do it while looking through the eyepiece on most scopes. These thumbscrews are also much easier to use with gloves on. And perhaps the most importantly, you'll never drop that pesky little Allen wrench or screwdriver into the grass agin. Installation is a snap with the included intructions an you can undo the modifications any time.

Part: MLB12az1
Fits: All Meade Lightbridge 12" f/5 telecope rocker boxes

Knobs: Black plastic, 38 mm (1- 1 1/2") diameter
Threads: Stainless steel

Notes:

  1. Some early Meade Lightbridege 12" telescopes will strike the azimuth lock knob on the rocker box as the telescope is moved toward the zenith. Other low-profile lock knob fixes the problem.
  2. Two different azimuth lock bolt diameters are used: 5/16" (8 mm) and the 3/8" (9.5 mm). Select correct diameter bolt from the options below.
