Celestron 9x50 Finder Scope
Pros:One of the best 9X50 finders in the market today. Highly recommended!
Cons:None
Comments:My Celestron 6" refractor came with this 9 x 50 finder on it, and I wouldn't trade it for a red dot finder. The finder gives very clear views, and helps tremendously in locating your target. Bright nebulas such as M42, and brighter galaxies like M31 are a cinch to find through this quality finder. I now have one on all four of my telescopes.
Bottom Line: Would you recommend this item? YesApr 28, 2007Celestron 9x50 Finder Scope
Pros:Large clear views with a heavy duty x-hair! The only way to view dso's
Cons:Larger means heavier so you might have to move your OTA back a bit!
Comments:I bought this Celestron 9x50 finder used and it's one of the best finders I own! Large views and this is about the only way to find those faint nebulas and clusters!
Bottom Line: Would you recommend this item? Yes
I'm always buying and selling my astro stuff, but this is one item I don't think of getting rid of!! If you own a smaller finder like the 6x30 you should get this 9x50!! You wont regret spending the few extra bucks! I even use this on my Orion 80mm f/11.4 refractor! No matter the size of your scope, this is a must!!Sort by
