Nice refractor telescopePros:
Easy to Use,Strong Construction,Quality LensesCons: Comments:
Nice refractor, well built, good optics, packaged well and shipped really fast! I own an older Meade 90mm by 1000mm focal length refractor. I could only resolve one moon of Saturn with it (Titan). With this Meade LX70 120mm by 1000mm refractor, I could easily view 3 moons of Saturn (Titan, Rhea, and Dione). Sure, they are still tiny objects in the eyepiece - but they were there to see!! All images are sharp, and I am able to resolve stars into pinpoints. I am no expert, but the refractor does not seem to have any aberrations or astigmatism. To me, that makes a self explanatory statement about the quality of this Meade LX70 refractor!
