Designed and manufactured to exacting standards, Meade Series 4000 Super Plossl eyepieces deliver wide 52° apparent fields of view (44° for the SP40mm) with all of the resolution, edge-of-field sharpness and color correction demanded in the most advanced visual applications. All eyepieces are multi-coated and include soft rubber eyeguards.

      4.0 Great product for the price

      Good quality eyepieces and a good range for the price.

      I use these at astronomy star gazing events where lots of people touch the eyepiece and these clean well and perform admirably.

      Great set for anyone wanting a wide range of magnifications and don't want to spend too much money.

      The higher powers, shorter focal lengths, can be challenging to use as they have small viewing apertures and relatively narrow field of view. For planetary and lunar observing these are fine.

      Well worth the cost for a set of plossls.
