Manufacturer Description
Telescope drawtube extensions help your telescope reach focus when not using a diagonal — as is the case in many imaging applications. They are also useful (with or without diagonal) when you need more out-travel for focusing on nearby terrestrial subjects.
Our extentions tubes slip into any telescope's 2" drawtube and include brass clamp rings to prevent marring of accessory barrels.

Excellent 3.5" extension tube for 2" eyepieces
Pros: Cons: Comments:This is a very nicely built extension tube for 2" eyepieces. For those looking for an extension tube for occasional "straight-through" viewing of astronomical subjects instead of using a 2" mirror diagonal, extenders which are only 2" long (i.e., have 2" of optical path length) may require more drawtube travel than the focuser is capable of delivering. This extension tube requires about 18 mm of additional rack-out over my William Optics 2" diagonal, which is well within the range of travel of my two refractors' focusers. A 2" long extender will not work.
Bottom Line: Would you recommend this item? Yes
N.B.: As of this writing, Agena's description states that this item provides a 3" extension, but it's 3.5", as stated at the Tele Vue web site. This review was provided courtesy of AgenaAstro.com
Jan 11, 2017Well machined item
Pros: Cons: Comments:This is a well machined item, and is being used on a TMB 105/650 which has a short-tube to support binoviewing, but which needs this extender for otherwise normal viewing.
