It works, but the silver
Pros: Cons: Comments:It works, but the silver safety screw doesn't engage the Vixen dovetail correctly. It doesn't sit all the way in the notch where it should.

Pros: Cons: Comments:This was a very straight forward purchase and since it is a Vixen mount component. I did not expect there to be issues with installation or compatibility. As expected, it fit easily no issues and works as it should to hold onto the Vixen dovetails or similar make. If you were thinking to use this on the SX2 as a replacement part, it would be the wrong application since the SX2 has a dark colored ring shaped cover plate and this one does not. The SX2 has a group of bearings located under that ring. This one has no provisions for that. For my application on an SXP mount it was perfect so it installed and worked just as expected.
