Dedicated 1.25" dielectirc mirror diagonal made especially for use with William Optics' latest Star71 71mm f/4.9 apo imaging refractor telescope. Allows you to use this scope visually with any 1.25" eyepiece.
This 90° 1.25" mirror-type star diagonal has a Dura-Bright mirror with 1/10 or better wave surface accuracy and dielectric mirror coatings for 99% reflectivity which provides higher contrast and resolution during critical planetary, lunar and binary star observations. The diagonal body features a dedicated M65x1 male thread adapter on the telescope side for direct coupling with the M65 female thread on the end of the focuser tube of the Star71 telescope.
The WO 1.25" Dura-Bright Diagonal for the Star71 telescope was designed with several unique features to provide optimum performance and years of use.

Star diagonal for the William Optics Star71Pros:
Lightweight,Accurate,Strong Construction,Quality Lenses,Easy to Use,CompactCons: Comments:
This is a star diagonal with a single application, namely to provide visual observing when using the William Optics Star71 imaging telescope. To use the star diagonal you must first unscrew the camera adapter from the focussing tube of the Star71 and screw the diagonal on in its place. The diagonal can be rotated and a thumb screw tightened at the correct orientation. With this star diagonal I used a set of X-Cel eyepieces ranging from 2.3mm f/l to 25mm. I had no problems with any eyepieces I tried, and I have to say that the star diagonal performed beautifully, the clearest sharpest viewing I have seen in a small refractor.
