      Just recieved this in the mail, the dovetail was the usual flawless William Optics quality. Time from order to reciept in New Zealand was 4 days.

      Agena is my local astronomy shop for the small stuff, most of which requires special orders in New Zealand and the delays that go with them.

      Outstanding!

      5.0 Wiiliams Vixen Dovetail Mounting Plate for telescopes

      The Williams Vixen Mounting Plate has a beautiful anodized black aluminum finish and has various mounting hole positions that fit well for most telescope designs. A very sturdy precision made product. Works well for mounting large 6" and 8" refractor telescopes.

      Using this for a relatively heavy 80mm custom Solar telescope. Can't think of a better dovetail mount for the job. You dont want ERFs and Etalons hitting the floor!
